Research suggests that video gaming may have multiple cognitive benefits, ranging from enhancing attention and multi-tasking abilities to improving eye-hand coordination and more. Mark Blair, a faculty member in the Psychology Department at SFU is engaged in the largest public study conducted thus far in this field.
